They’re looking to add a motivated
Assistant Estimator to their pre-construction team – an ideal step for someone with early-stage experience in estimating or commercial support.
Role Overview: - Support senior estimators with tender preparation
- Assist with take-offs, cost plans, and BOQs
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
- Help maintain tender documentation and pricing databases
- Attend site visits and tender meetings as needed
What You’ll Bring: - 1–3 years’ experience in estimating or a commercial role
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification
- Good understanding of Excel and measurement software
- Enthusiastic, detail-focused, and eager to progress
