We’re partnered with a major main contractor renowned for delivering high-profile city centre projects across commercial, residential, and hotel sectors. Due to sustained growth, they’re looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial team on a landmark scheme in Central London.

Key Responsibilities: - Support Senior QS with procurement, valuations, and cost reporting
- Assist in managing subcontractor packages from tender through to final account
- Liaise with internal project teams and supply chain
- Track and monitor variations, applications, and payments
- Contribute to CVRs and forecasting
- Help prepare accurate records, BOQs, and take-offs
Requirements: - 1–3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role (Main Contractor experience preferred)
- Ideally degree-qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Familiarity with JCT contract forms
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Eager to learn, develop, and work in a fast-paced project environment
