I'm currently working with a well established specialist contractor that delivers complex enabling works, demolition, groundworks and RC frame projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced
Project Manager to lead demolition projects from preconstruction through to completion.

The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing demolition projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Producing and maintaining project programmes in conjunction with the planning team.
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
- Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Monitoring project costs, progress and performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Working closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the demolition sector.
- Strong understanding of demolition methodologies, sequencing and enabling works.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project performance.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
