I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a busy and growing groundworks and RC frame contractor based in Hertfordshire.
Working within an established pre-construction team, you'll be involved in pricing a wide variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities
- Preparing competitive tender submissions.
- Producing accurate take-offs.
- Obtaining supplier and subcontract quotations.
- Assisting with value engineering.
- Supporting bid submissions.
Experience Required
- Groundworks / RC Frame estimating experience.
- Good understanding of construction methods.
- Strong commercial awareness.
