I’m currently working with a growing contractor who are looking to bring in a Health & Safety Advisor to support projects across London and Essex.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their H&S career to join a busy site environment and gain exposure across multiple live projects.
The Role - Supporting the implementation of Health & Safety procedures across site
- Conducting site inspections, audits and toolbox talks
- Assisting with RAMS reviews and compliance checks
- Working closely with site teams to promote a strong safety culture
- Reporting on incidents, near misses and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
- Supporting multiple projects across London and Essex
What They’re Looking For 1 - 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within construction
Good understanding of H&S legislation and site compliance
Experience working on live construction sites
NEBOSH (or working towards) preferred
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
