The Role:
We’re looking for a
Junior Technical Services Manager to support a Senior TSM across a range of
commercial, residential, and fit out projects in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a Technical Services role, gaining exposure across both
pre-construction and project delivery, working closely with design teams, consultants, and site teams to ensure MEP packages are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the Senior Technical Services Manager in coordinating MEP design and delivery
- Assist in reviewing design information for compliance, buildability, and coordination
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries
- Help manage the flow of information between design, commercial, and site teams
- Assist with RFIs, technical submissions, and design documentation
- Monitor progress of MEP works on site, ensuring alignment with programme
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover of building services packages
- Attend project and coordination meetings, taking ownership of actions where required
Requirements - Background in Building Services / MEP (e.g. Design Manager, Building Services Engineer, M&E Coordinator, etc.)
- Some exposure to commercial, residential, or fit out projects
- Understanding of MEP systems and coordination
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a Technical Services pathway
- Degree or relevant qualification in Building Services Engineering (preferred)
