I'm recruiting for an experienced Plant Manager to join a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor based in Surrey.
You'll take responsibility for managing the company's plant fleet, ensuring projects are supplied efficiently whilst maintaining compliance, servicing schedules and plant utilisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage company-owned and hired plant.
- Liaise with sites regarding plant requirements.
- Control servicing and maintenance.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Improve utilisation and reduce costs.
Experience Required
- Plant management experience within construction.
- Groundworks or civil engineering background.
- Excellent organisational skills.
