We are currently working with a well-established and respected housebuilder who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a residential development based in Peterborough.

This role would suit a Project Manager with a strong background in residential housebuilding, capable of managing projects from pre-start through to completion while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and programme delivery.

The Role:
Managing the delivery of a residential development from pre-construction through to handover
Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Monitoring programme and progress across the site
Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
Ensuring quality standards and building regulations are met throughout the build
Reporting progress to senior management

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential housebuilding
Strong knowledge of construction processes and NHBC standards
Experience managing large residential developments
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong health & safety awareness
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred
