We’re working with a leading specialist subcontractor who are growing their delivery team and looking for a confident, hands-on Project Manager to oversee live projects across London and the South East.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and wants to take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover.
The Role - Manage full delivery of façade and cladding packages (£1m–£10m)
- Oversee site operations, subcontractor coordination, and H&S compliance
- Liaise with design teams, clients, and commercial departments to ensure smooth delivery
- Drive programme performance and quality standards on site
- Report progress and project updates directly to senior management
About You - Proven experience managing façade / cladding / envelope projects
- Strong understanding of SFS, rainscreen, curtain wall, and recladding systems
- Able to lead site teams, coordinate trades, and communicate clearly with clients
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid desirable
- Ambitious, commercially aware, and detail-oriented
