About the client: We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable London based developer with a proven history of delivering complex, high specification residential and commercial developments. With a strong pipeline of mixed use projects across London and a reputation for quality and repeat delivery.
About the role: As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the end to end delivery of the scheme, overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to budget.
Key responsibilities: - Overall project leadership on a large mixed use development.
- Managing programme, cost control, quality, and health & safety.
- Coordinating residential apartment construction alongside commercial elements.
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and key supply chain partners.
- Client and consultant liaison, reporting progress and resolving issues.
- Driving performance, quality standards, and commercial outcomes.
Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Project Manager role.
- Proven track record delivering residential and mixed use developments.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and logistics.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to manage complex schemes in a fast paced London environment.
