The Role We’re looking for an experienced
Project Manager to lead the delivery of
Cat A commercial fit out projects across London.
You’ll take full responsibility for projects from site setup through to handover, ensuring they are delivered
on time, within budget, and to a high standard. A strong background in
dry lining / partitions / ceilings is essential, given the nature of the works.
Key Responsibilities - Manage Cat A fit out projects from inception through to completion
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
- Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Coordinate all dry lining packages (partitions, ceilings, SFS, plastering etc.)
- Monitor quality on site and ensure works meet specification and client expectations
- Manage health & safety in line with current regulations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project
- Track project costs, variations, and overall commercial performance
- Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Ensure smooth commissioning and handover
Requirements - Proven experience delivering Cat A fit out projects as a Project Manager
- Strong background in dry lining / interiors (partitions, ceilings, SFS)
- Experience working for a main contractor or specialist fit out contractor
- Solid understanding of construction programmes and sequencing
- Good commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
