Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks & RC Frame | £50K–£80K London We are working with a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering complex groundworks and reinforced concrete frame packages across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in London and the South East.
Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in groundworks and RC frames.
The Role: - Commercially lead multiple packages ranging from £2m–£15m.
- Oversee cost reporting, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Engage in procurement, tender reviews, and contract administration (primarily NEC/JCT).
- Work closely with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial delivery.
What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
- Proven track record in groundworks and RC frame projects.
- Strong contractual knowledge (NEC / JCT).
- Skilled in CVRs, cost control, and subcontractor negotiation.
- Proficient with take-offs, valuations, and forecasting.
- Driven, confident, and able to manage projects independently or within a team.
