I'm currently working with a well-established groundworks and RC frame contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join its growing pre-construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of major tenders while working alongside a respected team delivering complex residential and commercial developments across London and the South East.
The Role
- Lead estimates from enquiry through to tender submission.
- Prepare detailed first-principles estimates.
- Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Attend tender interviews and client meetings.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks.
What They're Looking For
- 8+ years' estimating experience within groundworks and RC frame.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
