Are you a commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with a track record of delivering large-scale D&B projects? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor, known for delivering high-quality mixed-use, residential, hotel, and commercial schemes across the UK, typically valued between £30m and £150m.
The Role: You’ll take full commercial responsibility for major projects from tender to final account. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you’ll manage cost control, subcontractor packages, valuations, variations, and financial reporting to ensure commercial success and client satisfaction.
What They're Looking For: - Proven experience delivering major D&B or RC frame projects (£20m+)
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of JCT/D&B contracts
- Degree qualified (RICS preferred but not essential)
- Confident in procurement, forecasting, and team leadership
