We're currently working with a leading main contractor delivering high-profile city centre schemes, and they’re looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to join their project team on a large-scale development based in North London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned site professional with a strong track record in externals and envelope packages, looking to step into a long-term role on a complex, logistically challenging project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all external packages including façade, windows, cladding, roofing, drainage, hard landscaping, and envelope coordination
- Day-to-day site management including supervising subcontractors, logistics, and programme delivery
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality
- Liaise with design, commercial, and project management teams
- Lead on site HSEQ compliance and coordinate toolbox talks and site inductions
- Assist with progress reporting, snagging, and pushing the project to successful handover
What They're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager on medium to large-scale build projects
- Proven background managing externals and façade packages
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card), and First Aid
- Strong understanding of project sequencing, temporary works, and health & safety regulations
