Site Manager – Residential & Mixed Use – London Site Manager required with a leading UK residential developer, for site based work across London developments.
About the client: We are recruiting on behalf of a well established main contractor and property developer. They are known for delivering high quality residential and mixed use projects across London and the South East, with a strong focus on design quality and sustainability.
About the role: As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of an allocated project from inception through to completion. You will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing day to day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: - Full responsibility for the delivery of the project from start to completion.
- Managing programme, quality, cost control, and health & safety on site.
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site personnel.
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and well managed site environment.
- Regular reporting on progress to senior management.
Qualifications / Experience: - HND / Degree level qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience delivering construction projects up to £5m in value.
- Experience working on multi phase and mixed use developments.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practice.
