We are currently working with a well-established and respected main contractor who are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team delivering projects across London.
This role would suit a Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager with a strong background in MEP coordination within construction, capable of managing services packages from design through to commissioning and handover while maintaining high standards of quality and programme delivery.
The Role:
Managing and coordinating all mechanical and electrical services packages across projects
Reviewing and managing MEP design information to ensure buildability and compliance
Working closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams
Monitoring services installation against programme and resolving technical issues
Supporting procurement of building services subcontractors
Overseeing commissioning, testing and handover of MEP systems
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, specifications and project requirements
Reporting progress and technical updates to senior project stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager / Building Services Manager / MEP Manager
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within construction projects
Experience working across sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
Experience working with consultants, subcontractors and design teams
Good knowledge of commissioning and handover processes
Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
