Working Foreman / Site Manager required with a specialist refurbishment contractor for projects across London.

About the client:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor specialising in high-end refurbishment and bespoke construction projects across London. They deliver premium residential and commercial refurbishments, with a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

About the role:
With the role of Working Foreman / Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standard. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site labour, and liaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day site operations and workforce coordination.
Organising subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety, and site organisation.
Ordering materials and ensuring timely delivery to site.
Monitoring progress and reporting to the Contracts Manager.
Managing snagging and driving works through to completion.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Site Manager.
Strong refurbishment experience, ideally within high-end residential or commercial projects.
SMSTS and First Aid qualifications required.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme targets.
