Assistant Superintendent – Emeryville (Affordable Housing)
We’re hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support a 7-story affordable housing project in Emeryville. This role is ideal for someone ready to contribute to a dynamic site team on a fast-paced urban build.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Superintendent with daily site supervision
• Support subcontractor coordination and progress tracking
• Help enforce jobsite safety and quality standards
• Maintain project documentation and site logistics

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of field experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
