We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Director to lead estimating, budgeting, and early project strategy for complex, design-driven building envelopes in the New York market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preconstruction process from concept through final proposals
• Lead estimating, value engineering, and bid strategy for curtainwall/façade projects
• Partner with clients, architects, and internal teams to define project scope and feasibility
• Mentor and develop preconstruction and estimating staff

• Extensive experience in curtainwall, façade, or building envelope systems
• Proven leadership in preconstruction or senior estimating roles
• Strong technical expertise, analytical ability, and client-facing skills
