Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction. You’ll play a key role in winning work through accurate, competitive, and clearly presented bids.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial, mixed-use, and industrial projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and RFPs to develop labor and material takeoffs
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain accurate pricing
• Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks
• Work closely with project managers and executives on bid strategy and scheduling

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors
• Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, and takeoff software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Understanding of NEC, local building codes, and industry standards
