Project Manager (4) – Data Center Construction Location: Iowa (Travel Rotation Required)
Schedule: 4 weeks onsite / extended weekend home
Comp: Travel allowance + $20,000 signing bonus (terms apply)
Position Overview We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead large-scale mission-critical data center projects in Iowa. This is a high-visibility role delivering technically complex facilities in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. Ideal for PMs who thrive in structured, process-driven builds with major clients and sophisticated MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and turnover
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and change management
• Develop and maintain master schedules in coordination with field leadership
• Manage subcontractor buyout, scopes, and performance
• Drive coordination across MEP, structural, and specialty systems
• Maintain strong client communication and reporting cadence
• Ensure strict safety, quality, and schedule performance standards

Qualifications

• Experience managing data center or mission-critical projects
• Commercial, airport, or hospital project experience a plus
• Strong understanding of MEP-intensive construction
• Proven success managing large budgets and complex teams
