Project Manager to take ownership of key commercial and institutional electrical builds in the Los Angeles/Orange County area.
Position Summary: The Project Manager will lead all aspects of project delivery, from estimating and scheduling to cost control and client management. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities: - Manage full project lifecycle for electrical scopes on commercial, healthcare, or public works projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors
- Track project costs and prepare monthly financial forecasts and reports
- Support procurement, long-lead item tracking, and vendor coordination
- Lead project meetings and issue formal communications and documentation
Qualifications: - 5–10 years of experience in electrical construction project management
- Strong background in managing subcontractor packages over $1M
- Excellent leadership, budgeting, and communication skills
- Proficient with Procore, Accubid, MS Project, and other relevant platforms
- Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
