Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team in Phoenix. As an Estimator for a leading glazing contractor, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial and residential glazing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in the glazing or construction industry.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for glazing and window installation projects.
• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate cost projections.
• Work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure proper project scope and materials.
• Prepare bid proposals, including labor, material, and overhead costs.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the glazing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
