Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for glass and metal projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and scope of work
- Coordinate with project managers and vendors to gather necessary information
- Conduct site visits for accurate assessments
- Assist in preparing bids and proposals
- 3+ years of experience in estimating for commercial glass & metal projects
- Strong knowledge of materials, costs, and construction processes
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
