A leading commercial glass contractor with over 20 years of experience is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead field operations on high-end glazing projects across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
�� Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site crews and oversee daily installation activities
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure quality and timelines
- Read and interpret shop drawings and plans
- Ensure safety standards and project specifications are met
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial glass/glazing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with curtain wall, storefront, and window wall systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
