Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent with a strong background in K-12 school construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ground-up and renovation projects in an active school environment. This individual will oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades, enforce safety, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to maintain schedule and quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, school representatives, and design teams.
• Enforce site cleanliness, security, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong emphasis on K-12 projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex school jobs, including renovations during occupied sessions.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong understanding of scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass background checks for work in school environments.
