Our client is a well-established boutique subcontractor specializing in high-end architectural cladding and custom metalwork. With a focus on quality craftsmanship and precision, they collaborate with top-tier general contractors, subs and architects across the Greater Toronto Area.
Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager to lead operations, with a strong focus on estimating, sales, tender/contract review, and overall project oversight. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the architectural cladding and façade industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and project alignment.
• Lead estimating efforts, including material take-offs and pricing for architectural cladding systems.
• Drive business development and sales through client engagement and relationship management.
• Review and negotiate tenders, contracts, and change orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high standards in execution.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a growing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural cladding, façades, or related metals industry in a Leadership role.
• Proven track record in estimating and tendering for commercial/residential façade systems.
• Strong understanding of contract documents and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with sales and client relations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
