Project Executive – High-Rise & Multi-Family

A leading Nashville-based General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead high-rise and multi-family projects across Tennessee.

This firm delivers complex projects across Civil Justice, Bridges & Roads, Corporate Office, Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Religious, Sports & Recreation, Entertainment, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Parking Structures, Aviation, Multi-Family, Government, Special Projects, Green, and Public Health & Safety sectors.
Role Overview

• Executive oversight of high-rise and multi-family projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Leadership of project teams, operations strategy, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationships
• Drive quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance across multiple projects

Requirements

• Proven Project Executive or Senior Project Manager experience on high-rise and/or large multi-family projects
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and financial management skills
• Experience working for a reputable GC on complex vertical construction

Compensation & Benefits

• $160,000–$180,000 base salary (DOE)
