Job Summary: We are seeking a
strategic and experienced Project Executive to oversee multiple
large-scale commercial construction projects while leading client relations, business development efforts, and overall project delivery. The Project Executive will provide
executive-level leadership to project teams, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction across all assigned projects. This role requires strong leadership, deep construction expertise, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight & Delivery - Provide executive leadership on multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Monitor project performance indicators, including financial results, schedule adherence, safety, and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve project challenges and mitigate risks.
Client Management & Relationship Building - Serve as the primary executive liaison with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and delivering project value.
- Lead client-facing meetings and presentations, ensuring high client satisfaction and trust.
Business Development & Growth Support - Identify new business opportunities through existing client relationships and market knowledge.
- Support preconstruction efforts, including proposal development, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client development meetings.
Team Leadership & Mentorship - Provide mentorship and leadership to project managers, engineers, and field staff.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee staffing and resource planning for assigned projects.
Financial Management - Monitor and manage project financials, including revenue projections, cash flow, change orders, and profit margins.
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed company financial performance goals.
- Collaborate with accounting and leadership teams for financial reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications: Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior project leadership role.
- Proven track record managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, life science, education, or public works projects.
