About the Role:
A major Los Angeles contractor is hiring a Project Executive with deep healthcare experience to oversee multiple hospital and medical construction programs. This is a key leadership role responsible for strategic project oversight, client relationships, operational excellence, and team development across a portfolio of OSHPD/HCAI projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level leadership across multiple healthcare construction projects.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for hospital clients, design partners, and key stakeholders.
• Guide project teams through preconstruction, execution, and closeout with a focus on compliance and quality.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, staffing plans, and risk management.
• Support business development efforts and participate in major healthcare pursuits.
• Ensure adherence to OSHPD/HCAI regulations, infection control, and healthcare facility protocols.
• Mentor and develop project managers, superintendents, and emerging leaders.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of construction experience with extensive healthcare/OSHPD/HCAI project oversight.
