Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in K-12 school construction and strong familiarity with DSA (Division of the State Architect) requirements. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring compliance with public agency guidelines, maintaining client satisfaction, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
• Ensure strict compliance with DSA regulations, Title 24, and public contracting standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school districts, architects, consultants, and inspectors.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of change orders, RFIs, submittals, and DSA documentation.
• Coordinate with the field team to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders through progress reports, meetings, and updates.

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of project management experience, including K-12 and DSA-regulated projects.
• In-depth understanding of public works procedures, prevailing wage requirements, and DSA protocols.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, client-facing, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

• DSA Certification or documented DSA project experience
• OSHA 30
• LEED accreditation a plus
