Salary: $100,000–$140,000
Join a well-established commercial general contractor with 55+ years of success delivering high-quality projects across the region. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction and tenant improvement projects from pre-construction through closeout.
What You’ll Do:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client communication
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and partners

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of commercial construction or tenant improvement experience
• Proven track record managing projects independently
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
