Project Manager 
Location: Clearwater, FL
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 + bonus, benefits & perks
We representing a well-established commercial glass and glazing contractor with over 40 years in business, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role:
You’ll manage multiple commercial glass projects ranging from $500K to $5M, overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client coordination from award through closeout.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing commercial glazing projects from pre-construction to completion
• Coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Budget tracking, change orders, and project documentation
• Scheduling, procurement, and field coordination
• Ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Manager in commercial glass/glazing or façade construction
• Strong knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, windows, and related systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
