Position Summary We are a vertically integrated real estate development firm specializing in multifamily communities across Texas. As an Owner/Builder/Developer, we take projects from concept through completion and beyond. We are seeking a seasoned
Project Manager to oversee the execution of ground-up multifamily developments in the Dallas market. This individual will play a critical role in managing all construction-related activities, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence while representing ownership interests throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities - Lead all construction efforts from preconstruction through turnover for multifamily projects ranging from garden-style to midrise developments
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and logistics plans
- Coordinate closely with in-house development, design, and asset management teams to align construction execution with business objectives
- Oversee subcontractor performance, site operations, and quality control through regular site visits and meetings
- Manage and maintain project documentation including RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, submittals, and daily reports
- Serve as primary point of contact for contractors, consultants, city officials, and vendors
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures
- Identify potential risks or delays early and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive project delivery to meet pro forma goals related to cost, schedule, and quality
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically in ground-up multifamily (garden-style, wrap, podium, or high-density)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior experience with owner/builder/developer firms highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, permitting, and compliance
- Proficient with construction management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to represent ownership interests with clarity and confidence
- OSHA 30 certification a plus
