Job Description
As a Project Manager specializing in commercial door and hardware projects, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by effectively managing all aspects of project execution. You will work closely with estimators, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities >>
Project Scheduling and Coordination

• Collaborate with estimators to schedule projects effectively.
• Manage multiple construction projects of varying sizes simultaneously.

Change Order Management

• Utilize Emullion software to efficiently generate accurate change orders and directives.
• Ensure all change orders are accurately documented, approved, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.

Procurement Management

• Oversee the procurement of materials for projects.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including architects, clients, and internal team members.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues promptly.

Project Execution and Oversight

• Manage project schedules, costs, production, changes, installation processes, and closeout procedures.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.

Documentation and Reporting

• Formulate detailed reports concerning work progress and scheduling.
• Keep all project documentation up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
