HIRING: SENIOR ESTIMATOR
San Antonio / New Braunfels, TX (In-office, flexible)

Experienced Commercial Construction Senior Estimator needed to lead preconstruction and deliver accurate, competitive estimates.
Responsibilities:
• Lead estimating and preconstruction efforts
• Review drawings, specs, and RFPs; identify risks
• Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
• Analyze subcontractor bids and pricing
• Lead value engineering during preconstruction
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and clients
• Build strong subcontractor and vendor relationships
Requirements:
• 10+ years estimating experience (commercial GC – ground-up & renovations)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proficient with OST, MS Office, and bid platforms (Procore a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong conceptual estimating ability
