Job Title: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Education Construction Location: Southern California or Bay Area, CA
Position Summary: We are hiring 1–2 Project Managers or Senior Project Managers in both Southern and Northern California. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
• Participate in project planning, value engineering, and risk management efforts

Qualifications:

• 7–15 years of experience in commercial, education, or multifamily construction
• Proven record of managing projects from $10M–$100M+
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
