We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) who thrives in complex environments, champions safety and quality, and brings a leadership mindset to every stage of the construction process.
What You’ll Do
  • Own the Build: Lead complex construction projects (up to $60M) from start to finish — safely, on time, and within budget
  • Drive Strategy: Oversee daily operations and long-term execution while aligning projects with organizational strategic goals
  • Lead the Team: Mentor and inspire project teams to do their best work and build a collaborative culture grounded in trust
  • Ensure Excellence: Set and maintain the highest standards for safety, quality control, and client satisfaction
  • Solve & Adapt: Tackle challenges head-on and guide your team through schedule shifts, site complexities, and evolving client needs
  • Build Client Trust: Serve as the primary contact for clients — driving satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships
What You Bring Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
  • Proven healthcare construction experience, including OSHPD/HCAI compliance
  • Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, structural work, and construction methodologies
  • Experience with various contract types (lump sum, GMP, negotiated, design-build)
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and buyouts
  • Exceptional communication skills and confident decision-making under pressure
Preferred:
  • LEED AP or GA certification
  • OSHA 10/30 certification
  • Experience using Procore and Viewpoint/Vista
  • Strategic mindset and collaborative approach to team and client relationships
Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols and foster a zero-risk site culture
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and quality standards
  • Participate in preconstruction and estimating with internal teams
  • Anticipate and mitigate project risks and obstacles
  • Support professional development and mentorship of project team members
  • Contribute to business development and proposal efforts
