Senior Project Manager – Curtain Wall & ACM Panels | Minneapolis, MN
Join a nationally recognized, long-standing Top 50 U.S. Glazing Contractor specializing in complex curtain wall and ACM panel systems. With decades of success delivering high-performance façade solutions across the country, we’re expanding our Minneapolis operations and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead key projects from concept to closeout.
About the Role:
As a Senior PM, you’ll manage large-scale commercial façade projects, overseeing design coordination, fabrication, and field operations. You will serve as a strategic leader, collaborating with stakeholders to drive performance, manage risk, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of unitized curtain wall and ACM panel systems
• Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and internal teams across engineering, estimating, and operations
• Manage budgets, scheduling, procurement, change orders, and QA/QC
• Mentor junior PMs and support a positive project culture on and off-site
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld throughout

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing/façade systems
• Deep knowledge of curtain wall systems, ACM panel detailing, and installation sequencing
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar façade projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
