Senior Project Manager – High-Rise Curtain Wall / Window Wall

A leading Texas-based glazing and façade contractor, headquartered in Northwest Dallas, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-rise curtain wall and window wall projects across Texas.
This role may be based in Dallas or Houston and will oversee complex, large-scale façade packages on landmark commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments throughout the state.
Role Overview

• Full lifecycle leadership of high-rise curtain wall and window wall projects
• Oversight of preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Direct management of project teams, field operations, subcontractors, and vendors
• Client-facing role ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance

Requirements

• Proven Senior Project Manager (or equivalent) experience with a glazing / façade / curtain wall contractor
• Strong background delivering high-rise curtain wall and window wall systems
• Solid understanding of façade engineering, sequencing, and installation logistics
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
