Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
Participate in project planning, value engineering, and risk management efforts
Qualifications:
5–10 years of experience in commercial, or multifamily construction
Proven record of managing projects from $10M–$100M+
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
