Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Facade & Exterior Systems Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Relocation Package Available)
Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the facade and exterior scopes of a high-profile, multi-year project in Santa Barbara. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing complex exterior systems, including curtain wall, cladding, waterproofing, and envelope coordination, with a proven track record overseeing subcontractor packages exceeding $5M.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all exterior scopes including façade systems, curtain wall, window wall, masonry, waterproofing, and roofing
• Coordinate design, procurement, and installation phases with subcontractors and consultants
• Drive schedule and budget performance for exterior trades, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Collaborate closely with the General Superintendent, design team, and ownership group to resolve field issues
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logistics related to exterior work
• Ensure timely delivery of long-lead materials and proactively mitigate delays

Qualifications:

• 8–15+ years of construction experience with a focus on exterior scopes
• Successful management of large façade/cladding packages valued at $5M+
• Strong technical knowledge of envelope systems and waterproofing assemblies
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
