Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction Location: Los Angeles, CA
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale hospital and medical facility builds, with deep knowledge of HCAI/OSHPD regulations, infection control standards, and healthcare-specific construction practices. This role requires exceptional leadership, budgeting, and client relationship skills to successfully deliver multi-million-dollar healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with HCAI/OSHPD requirements and ICRA protocols
• Lead coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, and healthcare facility representatives
• Develop and monitor project cost controls and reporting systems
• Oversee procurement of long-lead medical equipment and specialty building systems
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and regulatory officials
• Drive project delivery to meet deadlines, quality standards, and safety goals

Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• At least 7 years managing large-scale healthcare projects ($50M+)
• Strong knowledge of HCAI/OSHPD processes and healthcare facility construction
• Proven leadership and team management skills on multi-phase projects
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other project management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• OSHA 30 certification; ASHE certification a plus
