Superintendent – Marin County (Affordable Housing)
We’re seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead the construction of a large-scale affordable housing project in Marin County. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, scheduling, and site coordination experience on ground-up multifamily or commercial projects exceeding $50M.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and subcontractor management
• Ensure safety, schedule, and quality control compliance
• Coordinate closely with project management and ownership teams
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress tracking

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a Superintendent role
• Proven experience managing large ground-up multifamily or commercial projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
