Job Title: Senior Superintendent – Healthcare Construction Location: Austin, TX
Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Superintendent with proven healthcare construction experience to manage field operations for hospital, medical office, and outpatient facility projects in Austin. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of infection control procedures, phasing in occupied facilities, and coordination with healthcare facility teams and inspectors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations for healthcare projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and field staff on complex healthcare scopes
• Enforce compliance with ICRA, AHJ, and healthcare construction standards
• Develop and manage site logistics and phasing plans in active facilities
• Conduct daily meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure quality control inspections
• Maintain strong working relationships with owners, consultants, and healthcare administrators
• Drive projects to successful completion, ensuring schedule and budget goals are met

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of construction experience with at least 7 years in a Superintendent role on healthcare projects
• Proven success on hospital and medical projects valued $50M+
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and safety compliance
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera)
• OSHA 30 required; ICRA certification strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
