Job Title: Senior Superintendent – Commercial Construction Location: Austin, TX
Position Summary: We are hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects in the Austin area. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience overseeing complex builds, managing multiple trades, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications
• Oversee subcontractors, field crews, and site logistics to ensure smooth coordination
• Maintain strict safety and quality standards across all jobsite operations
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings to review schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Partner with Project Managers to forecast schedules, resolve conflicts, and meet client expectations
• Maintain accurate daily reports and oversee inspections, testing, and punch list closeout
• Foster a collaborative work environment emphasizing accountability, teamwork, and communication

Qualifications:

• 12–20 years of experience in commercial construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior superintendent capacity
• Strong background in large-scale healthcare, higher education, or institutional projects
• Proven ability to manage complex ground-up and renovation work in active environments
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
