Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate shop floor activities
• Ensure quality, safety, and production targets are met
• Manage and support shop staff
• Maintain workflow efficiency and inventory control

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in a fabrication or manufacturing supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems an asset
