Project planning and execution: scheduling tasks and managing the overall project timeline.

Subcontractor management: Coordinating with subcontractors, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance.
Communication: Maintaining open communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and crew members.
Budgeting and cost control: Tracking project expenses and ensuring the project stays within budget constraints.
Site supervision: Overseeing daily operations on the construction site, including material management and equipment maintenance.
Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction.
Reporting: Providing regular updates on project progress to relevant parties.
Job Qualifications:
Must have recent proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent running projects as the lead person on-site. Please submit a detailed project list with a resume.

Able to read Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
Familiar with Microsoft Office; extended knowledge of Excel a plus.
