Position Overview A leading California general contractor is conducting a confidential search for a Superintendent with OSHPD-1 experience to lead complex healthcare construction projects in Mammoth. This role requires deep knowledge of California healthcare regulations, infection control, and hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on OSHPD-1 hospital and healthcare projects
• Manage subcontractors, daily site activities, and project safety
• Oversee scheduling, quality, and production
• Coordinate with inspectors and healthcare facility stakeholders
• Implement ICRA protocols and infection control procedures
• Ensure compliance with California Department of Health Care Access and Information standards
• Drive schedule performance and field productivity

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Superintendent on OSHPD-1 projects
• Strong background in active healthcare environments
• Proven ability to manage complex hospital builds or renovations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
