Job Opening: Superintendent – Commercial Glazing Contractor (Charlotte & Apex, NC)
COMMERCIAL GLAZING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
We’re hiring a skilled Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial glazing projects in the Charlotte, NC area. This role oversees on-site crews, coordinates with GCs and subcontractors, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec.
Responsibilities:

• Manage daily job site operations for curtain wall, storefront, and glass installations
• Supervise field teams and enforce safety protocols
• Communicate with project managers and clients to resolve issues
• Maintain quality control and schedule adherence

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of glazing or commercial construction supervision experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and manage multiple trades on site
