Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for K-12, public works, life science, or industrial construction projects in the Sacramento region. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure timely project completion.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance
• Maintain detailed schedules and 3-week look-aheads to align field efforts
• Enforce OSHA, CAL/OSHA, and project-specific safety protocols
• Coordinate inspections with DSA (if applicable), public agencies, and city officials
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain documentation through Procore or equivalent

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of superintendent experience with at least 3 years on relevant project types
• Strong understanding of DSA/OSHPD procedures (if applicable), Title 24, and public contract requirements
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
• OSHA 30 required; CPR/First Aid preferred

2. Project Manager – K-12, Public Works, Life Science, or Industrial Location: Sacramento, CA
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead construction projects in the education, public, life science, or industrial sectors. This role will manage budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client relations from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, contract negotiations, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
• Oversee compliance with DSA/OSHPD regulations and public agency requirements
• Coordinate internal project teams and mentor assistant project managers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience with similar project types
• Strong knowledge of California public bidding laws and contract administration
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
• Bachelor's in Construction Management or equivalent experience
