About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Superintendent with a strong background in tiltwall construction to oversee ground-up commercial projects in the Houston area. This individual will play a key leadership role on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through close-out on tiltwall projects.
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, look-aheads, and daily reports.
• Ensure full compliance with safety programs and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans/specifications.
• Lead site logistics planning, equipment coordination, and material deliveries.
• Resolve field issues promptly and proactively to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
• Proven track record managing tiltwall construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of sitework, concrete, structural steel, MEP systems, and envelope construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• OSHA 30 Certification required; First Aid/CPR a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with tiltwall projects over 100,000 SF.
• Background in warehouse, industrial, or big-box retail construction.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
